1. Purpose (legal bases of the treatment)
The personal data you provide us, as well as those obtained while browsing our website, will be used for the following purposes:
Provide the registration service on the site and related services, for prerequisites to the stipulation of sales contracts, for its execution (execution of the contract between the parties);
Due to requirements of an operational, management, administrative and accounting nature, including email communications of commercial invoices (to comply with the obligations established by law and/or regulations, particularly in tax matters);
Consent access and navigation to the sites, prepare anonymous statistics on their use, control the operation and verify possible responsibilities in case of illegal acts (legitimate interest of PENSIÓN PURA).
Develop marketing activities, commercial information and promotional activities, including sending newsletters and advertising material through messaging applications. (with explicit consent).
The provision of data for the contractual purposes of points a), b) and c) is mandatory (its absence will not allow you to continue with the sales contract and the provision of the corresponding services).
For the marketing purpose of point d) your consent will be requested, without prejudice to the right of revocation at any time (without prejudice to the legality of the previous treatment).

3. Data communication – External data transfer

Any transfer outside the EU is regulated by specific contracts designed to demand that the recipient comply with the appropriate guarantees required by current legislation.
4. General aspects
The processing of your personal data may consist, in addition to your collection, in your registration, conservation, rectification, communication and cancellation automatically or semi -automatized and its conservation will be made in paper format and/or electronic/computer/optical support.
All personal data treated by pure pension are protected by adequate security measures, as provided in current legislation and during the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned in point 1.
For the purposes described in points a) and b), their data will be kept during the period provided by law.
For the purpose described in point c) the data will be preserved for 2 years.
For the purpose described in point d) the data will be preserved until the revocation of the consent or the interruption of the contractual relationship.
Rights
According to the provisions of Art.13 of the GDPR (EU) 2016/679, we remind you that you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, their cancellation (when appropriate) or limitation of your treatment. You also have the right to revoke the authorization to deal with the data for which it has given its consent, as well as the right to file a claim before the Control Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
